Dr. Anne Sinclair, DVM, Diplomate, American Board of Veterinary Practicioners (Certified in Feline Practice) is the owner and solo veterinarian at Cat Sense.  She graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.  Her first year as a veterinarian was as a mixed animal veterinarian (dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, pigs, birds) in Martinsville, Va.  She determined that large animal medicine was not for her and moved to the Baltimore area.  Dr. Anne Sinclair has practiced feline medicine exclusively since 1993 and in 1998 opened Cat Sense.  In 2004 she was certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as a Specialist in Feline Medicine, the first in the Greater Baltimore area.
