Dr. Anne Sinclair, DVM, Diplomate, American Board of Veterinary Practicioners (Certified in Feline Practice) is the owner and primary veterinarian at Cat Sense. She graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. Her first year as a veterinarian was as a mixed animal veterinarian (dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, pigs, birds) in Martinsville, Va. She determined that large animal medicine was not for her and moved to the Baltimore area. Dr. Anne Sinclair has practiced feline medicine exclusively since 1993 and in 1998 opened Cat Sense. In 2004 she was certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as a Specialist in Feline Medicine, the first in the Greater Baltimore area. There are currently only 900 ABVP Diplomates in the United States and abroad.

DR. LISA TUZO, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Tuzo has worked at Cat Sense for about five years, coming on board during Dr. Sinclair's maternity leave. Dr. Tuzo graduated from University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She worked at an equine practice and then began working in small animal medicine, specifically as a shelter veterinarian. Dr. Tuzo is the person who found our special clinic cat, Chaucer! After five years, she returned to private practice and started her own mobile practice, Vet2Go. Dr. Tuzo is currently working toward certification in Veterinary Pain Management through the International Academy of Veterinary Pain Management (IVAPM).

Dr. Tuzo enjoys gardening and riding her motorcycle. She is also a licensed farrier and is a certified Drystone Mason!

"Cat Sense is a wonderful practice and I enjoy the time I spend here."

Dr. Tuzo is available for appointments Monday and Thursday evenings.

Good-bye and good luck to Dr. Heidi Bazar

Dr. Bazar served as an Associate Veterinarian at Cat Sense until her recent move to the West Coast with her family.

We would like to send her good wishes and thank her for her service to our feline clients while she was here. She will be missed.
